McMahon designed improvements at five signalized intersections along Route 138 in Raynham. These improvements were constructed by both Walmart and MassDOT. The project was reviewed by MassDOT and the Town of Raynham. Proposed improvements include roadway widening, coordinated traffic signal systems, drainage improvements, and right-of-way acquisitions. McMahon was responsible for preparing the initial traffic studies to determine the scope of the improvements and presenting the project to the public, local officials, and MassDOT. McMahon worked closely with the town and MassDOT to incorporate their comments as well as concerns raised by local residents.
