McMahon provided services to Walmart on a proposed redevelopment of an abandoned car dealership into a Super Walmart to be located adjacent to the Capital City Mall along Hartzdale Drive/Capital City Mall Drive/US 15. McMahon prepared a traffic impact study report for submission to both the Township and PennDOT in conjunction with the Land Development and HOP applications. The study was completed in coordination with the reviewing agencies in order to assess the traffic impact of the proposed development on the adjacent roadways, site access intersections, and adjacent intersections on each side of the site. McMahon prepared the traffic signal permit and construction plan associated with the new signal at Hartzdale Drive and Capital City Mall Drive as well as the design of new ADA curb ramps at the intersection.
