Lindsay Sienkiewicz develops and administers corporate-wide human resources plans and procedures for all company personnel. She plans, organizes and controls all activities of the department including developing department goals, objectives and systems. Lindsay interacts with leadership to recommend new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of department and services performed.
