Sandy Koza joined McMahon Associates in July of 2000. Her experience as an engineer includes coordinating data collection, performing trip generation, trip distribution, traffic assignment, capacity/level-of-service analysis, signal warrant analysis, and queuing analysis in the preparation of transportation engineering impact studies for office, residential, retail, and mixed-use development sites, as well as corridor/municipal-wide studies. She also prepares parking supply and demand reports and evaluations based on local ordinances and industry guidelines. Also, she prepares concept plans, truck turning templates, and preliminary cost estimates for roadway and intersection improvements. She also performs reviews for various municipalities of land development plans and studies for traffic circulation and layout items.
