Matthew Kozsuch

P.E.

Vice President & General Manager - Exton

Matthew Kozsuch is a Vice President at McMahon, and serves as the General Manager for the Exton office. Matt is responsible for managing office administration, quality control, project and office budgets, staff and resource allocations, and local market expansion for the Exton office.

With more than 25 years of transportation engineering experience, Matt's technical expertise lies in traffic operations and the technology that manages and moves traffic.  Matt has managed multiple PennDOT and Pennsylvania Turnpike traffic operations, traffic signals and safety, and ITS engineering contracts as both a prime and subconsultant.

Matt has extensive experience supporting local municipalities with traffic signals and traffic operations issues.  Other detailed experience includes traffic signal design, signalized arterial timing optimization, communications infrastructure design and citywide traffic signal retiming for the City of Philadelphia. 

Matt is a registered professional engineer in four states and a member of the Institute of Transportation Engineers as well as past president of the Intelligent Transportation Society of Pennsylvania. He has presented and spoken on technical topics at many conferences and seminars and is a past program Chair of the annual Penn State Transportation Engineering and Safety Conference.

Matt and his wife are busy raising two children, and he volunteers coaching youth ice hockey and playing percussion for his church choir.
