The City of Bonita Springs engaged McMahon to develop a Key Corridor/Network Long-Term Transportation Evaluation. Using available reports, studies and plans, including nearly a decade of city-wide data, as well as first-party studies, McMahon prepared a plan that included key corridor selection, plans, prioritization and cost projections for:

​

  • Complete streets in 16 locations

  • Congestion management by quadrant along the Bonita Beach Rd/US-41 - S. Tamiami Trail corridor

  • Identification of network improvements, inter-parcel access opportunities and Right-of-Way preservations

​

The evaluation was presented for review by the City Council of Bonita Springs.
