Third Party Recruiter Policies

  1. Unsolicited resumes from third-party recruiters, who do not have an established relationship with McMahon, will NOT be accepted. Anything received will be considered firm property and no placement fees will be paid. 

  2. A signed agreement with McMahon has to be agreed upon with McMahon's Human Resources Manager. Verbal or written commitments are non-binding.

  3. It is the responsibility of all third-party recruiting/supplemental staffing agencies to know this policy.
