On behalf of Lower Macungie Township, McMahon engaged with all stakeholders (residents, Public Works Department, and Township officials) to evaluate concerns regarding speeding issues along Mill Creek Road.  McMahon performed a Traffic Calming Evaluation based on speed data, roadway geometry, sight distance, and existing signage inventory.  McMahon presented primary and secondary recommendations and context-sensitive solutions at public meetings to engage residents for the effort to alleviate speeding along this Township roadway.

The final solution, as decided upon with input from these stakeholders, was to install a series of 4 speed tables at various locations along Mill Creek Road.  Design and construction was completed in Summer 2018.
