McMahon redesigned Parker Avenue between Southern Boulevard and Belvedere Road with bicycle Lanes. This is the result of the City of West Palm Beach Bicycle Master Plan. This route of Parker Avenue through a historic neighborhood with Conniston Middle School and Belvedere Elementary School and Bill Moss Hillcrest Paseo park included bike lane markings, sidewalk enhancements, school zones and the redesign of left and right turn lanes at Parker Avenue and Belvedere Road.  Efforts included agency coordination, observation and pedestrian counts at school crossings,  ADA ramps, school zones, and upgrading crosswalk.
