McMahon, in association with Landis Evans + Partners, prepared a Citywide Bicycle Master Plan for the City of West Palm Beach.  Efforts have included an extensive public outreach process and agency coordination. The Master Plan provides a guide to the City regarding bicycle corridors, ultimate bicycle facilities and appropriate treatments to elevate the City to a desired destination that requires minimal motorized transportation.  

 

The effort includes preparing maps depicting the future bicycle network, recommending typical sections, planning level cost estimates, and prioritization of improvement projects.
