A traffic impact analysis was completed for the proposed amendment to the Boca Congress Center MUPD, which is located on the east side of Congress Avenue at Boca Club Boulevard, in unincorporated Palm Beach County. The site currently includes a 144,140 square foot Costco warehouse, as well as a Costco gas station with 12 fueling positions. The amendment includes the addition of eight (8) additional fueling positions.

The project team worked diligently with residents of the Boca Country Club, located across the street from the Costco to address traffic safety concerns along Congress Avenue and traffic circulation concerns within the site. As a result, additional signage was provided within the site near the fueling positions to address the concerns.
